Step Back. Reassess. Move Forward With Greater Clarity.
Built from over 40 years of real business leadership experience.
A structured small-group workshop designed to help SME business owners and senior managers step back, reassess priorities, strengthen strategic decision-making, and develop practical next-step actions for the next 90 days with greater confidence.
Most business owners don’t need more information.
They need time and structure to step back and think clearly.
When businesses become busy, pressured, or uncertain, owners often end up reacting to problems instead of making deliberate strategic decisions.
This programme creates space to:
- reassess priorities
- identify what matters most
- strengthen strategic and commercial focus
- clarify the next 90 days
- move forward with greater confidence
No hype.
No generic motivation.
Just structured commercial thinking, practical frameworks, and clear next-step priorities.
Designed for SME business owners who:
- feel stuck in day-to-day operational pressure
- need greater clarity around priorities and direction
- want to step back and reassess their business focus
- are facing growth, staffing, margin, or profitability challenges
- need structured thinking before making major decisions
- want practical next steps and stronger execution focus
- are navigating uncertainty, market change, or AI disruption
How The Programme Works
Facilitated Workshop Experience
This programme is delivered in a practical small-group workshop environment in Auckland
(venue details advised prior to commencement).
The programme includes:

- Delivered one week apart
- Interactive group discussion and structured exercises
- Practical workbook and business tools
- Structured workbook and reflection tools

The second workshop focuses on refining priorities, strengthening decision-making capability, and developing a clear and practical 90-day action plan.

This programme is grounded in over 40 years of real-world business leadership experience across manufacturing, engineering, exporting, operational leadership, growth, and business recovery.
The focus is not theory.
It is practical commercial thinking designed to help SME business owners make clearer decisions, strengthen priorities, and move forward with greater confidence.
