From Strategic Clarity To Structured Execution
The Growthology – 90-Day Business Capability Programme is designed for business owners and senior leaders who have clarity about where they need to go — but want experienced support turning that direction into action.
You may have developed that clarity through the SPRINT – Clarity & Direction Programme, through your own planning, or simply through experience in the business. What matters is that you have identified the priorities — and are now ready to implement them.
The Strategic Implementation Programme builds on this foundation.
Over a structured 90-day period, we work together to translate your strategic priorities into practical implementation, strengthen business capability and maintain momentum.
The focus is on the areas that matter most to your business. These may include strategic execution, business performance, market and sales development, operational effectiveness, leadership, resources, systems and capability.
The emphasis is not simply on developing a plan, but on implementing it — reviewing progress, addressing obstacles and building stronger management capability along the way.
Programme Structure
The programme is delivered through six facilitated one-to-one working sessions over approximately 90 days.
Sessions are typically held every two weeks, allowing time between meetings to implement agreed actions, test approaches and make practical progress within the business.
The programme combines:
- strategic working sessions
- practical implementation guidance
- business frameworks and tools where appropriate
- review of progress and emerging obstacles
- accountability and momentum
- ongoing refinement of priorities and execution
The emphasis is not simply on planning. It is on turning agreed priorities into action, addressing obstacles as they arise, and strengthening your capability to manage and implement change within the business.
Month 1 — Establishing Execution Focus
We begin by confirming the strategic priorities that will create the greatest impact for your business and translating them into a clear implementation focus.
This stage typically includes:
• confirming and refining priority actions
• establishing clear objectives and measures of progress
• clarifying ownership and accountability
• identifying barriers that could slow progress
• establishing a practical implementation rhythm
The emphasis is on turning strategic direction into focused, achievable action.
Month 2 — Building Momentum & Business Capability
As implementation progresses, we review results, address obstacles and work on the areas of business capability most important to achieving the agreed priorities.
Depending on the needs of the business, this may include:
• business performance and management
• market, customer and sales development
• operational effectiveness and systems
• leadership, people and resources
• decision-making and accountability
• addressing implementation barriers as they emerge
The focus remains practical — making progress while strengthening the capability needed to sustain it.
Month 3 — Embedding Progress & Sustainable Capability
The final stage focuses on consolidating progress, strengthening what is working and ensuring the improvements can continue beyond the programme.
This may include:
• reviewing progress against the agreed priorities
• refining systems, processes or management practices
• strengthening accountability and performance measures
• addressing remaining capability gaps
• confirming the priorities and actions for the next stage of the business
The objective is not simply short-term improvement, but stronger management capability and a clear path for continued performance and sustainable growth.
Expected Outcomes
By the end of the programme, business owners can expect to have made meaningful progress on their agreed priorities while strengthening their capability to manage and grow the business.
Typical outcomes may include:
- clearer strategic priorities and stronger execution focus
- measurable progress on the business priorities addressed during the programme
- stronger management and decision-making capability
- improved accountability and implementation discipline
- greater confidence in addressing obstacles and making adjustments
- stronger capability in the specific areas addressed — such as performance, markets and sales, operations, leadership, resources or systems
- a clear set of priorities and actions for the next stage of the business
Rather than attempting to solve everything at once, the programme focuses on implementing the priorities that can make the greatest difference — while building the capability to sustain progress beyond the 90 days.
Is This Programme Right for You?
The Growthology – 90-Day Business Capability Programme is designed for business owners and senior leaders who already have reasonable clarity about where the business needs to go and want experienced support turning those priorities into action.
It may be particularly suitable if you:

- want greater structure, focus and accountability around execution
- are encountering obstacles that are slowing progress
- need to strengthen capability in areas such as business performance, markets and sales, operations, leadership, resources or systems

You do not need to have completed the SPRINT – Clarity & Direction Programme first. Where greater strategic clarity is needed before implementation begins, the SPRINT may be recommended as the appropriate starting point.
